Workshop on Proforma Modeling for Real Estate Rental Development- A 3-Session Intensive.

RealCap Academy, in collaboration with ULI BC’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, is pleased to present a comprehensive live virtual workshop designed for professionals involved in the planning and delivery of multifamily redevelopment housing.

This intensive workshop offers an in-depth exploration of proforma modeling for real estate development projects, specifically targeting the multifamily residential sector, including both rental and strata properties.

The course will cover a wide array of topics including revenue analysis, capitalization rates, budgeting, and the incorporation of contingencies such as construction and finance costs. Attendees will learn to evaluate land lift and land valuation, interpret appraisals, and gather the necessary information to build a robust proforma.
